The Elves

Elf. The elves are one of the oldest race in existence. That being said they are also the ones least likely to waste their time sitting around doing nothing. Contrary to what many believe the elves live for the moment. Living everyday as though it were their last. After all. What good is near immortality if you don’t enjoy it? How they obtained their imortality is often the source of great debate. The truth is revealed only to a spare few. For contrary to many of the younger elves, Their long life spam is not a gift, but a curse placed on them by Death himself. They are split into two sub groups. The high blood, and the low bloods, Along with their duties the two groups also share different cultures.
The elves are a bit shorter than the humans. Standing between 4’8 and 5’6. Though it along with their hair, skin, and eye color it all depends on their breed. The three things that they all have in common though is their ears. Which much longer and more pointed than a humans. And their almost unnatural beauty. Their hair length is another. The longer it is the higher their status among the elves. If their hair doesn’t go past their neck then they are more often than not outcast.

The high bloods.

The winged elf also known as the Sky elf do not live anywhere near normal inhabited cities, mainly because they build floating cities extremely high in the air. Most of their cities however, are situated close to the South easterly mountain ranges of Tinar. The Winged elves are a very playful yet, unpredictable race, sometimes doing something so random that it defies all reason to the other races. The Winged elf can be recognized by their blue white to blue grey hair, as well as their florescent blue eyes. Contrary to popular belief, most Winged elves aren’t born with wings, instead it’s a natal ability that they develop as they grow older, with concentration they can sprout wings from their back and fly off. However, in some rare cases it is known that some Winged elves are born with wings, these few exceptions do not learn how to hide their wings, and as soon as the wings grow to their full size the change is permanent. These few are amongst the most powerful in the Sky elf community. Another feature to recognize Sky elves by are their ears. Compared to the high elf, their ears are much longer and thinner, and slightly closer to their heads adding to their aerodynamic shape.






The Moon elves are the movers and shakers of the elven people. With the sudden and mysterious disappearance of the Sun elf clan after the death of the elven Goddess the moon elves quickly filled the political void. Using their numbers and their knowledge of ancient magics to muscle the low bloods into almost complete servitude. However in light of recent rumors circulating that the moon elves were the ones responsible for the curse placed on the elves by Death, their hold over the people is waning quickly.
In appearance their skin tends to take on a pale tone as does their hair.





The Low bloods.



The Dark elves are feared above all other elves. It is said that they live for battle and enjoy slaughtering their enemies. That however is just a negative stereotype. While they are the first to the battlefield they don’t live for it. They see themselves as the guardians of the elven people. Never hesitating to protect their land by any mean necessary. It is also said that they are the most promiscuous of the elves. That is not a negative stereotype but the truth. Dark elves care little for race or gender for the most part. They stand at around 5 feet tall. Their skin ranges from dark blue to jet black. Their hair is almost always silver and their eyes tend to be pale in color. Among the elves they are considered the most beautiful. It is not unheard of for entire armies to be slaughtered while they stand there drooling over the Dark elf warriors.



The wood elves make their homes in the dense forest of the elven lands. They are surprisingly open to newcomers and will often help anyone lost in the woods near their homes. That does not mean that they will allow anyone to come near their home however. They are the most war faring among the elves. Should any large group of people settle near their lands they will ensure that they don’t stay for long. They are deadly with their bows and have been known to wage entire wars without anyone ever seeing a single one of them. When they must fight up close however they are still a formidable opponent . Painting themselves with blues dyes and charging head-on into the opposing armies while wearing little to no armor. They are among the tallest of their race. Standing at around 5’4. Their skin tones vary from freckled to dark tanned. Red is the most common of hair colors though they can also have any shade of brown. They’re eyes are almost always green. Due to their relationship with nature many wood elves has some for of control over it. And a few of the more powerful druids often use their powers to give themselves features of other woodland animals.
