The Dwarves. Short, Angry, Drunk, Vengeful, and Stubborn. These are just a few words that can describe them. But a few lesser known way to describe them are, Crafty, Inventive, And helpful (Though they’ll deny it till they’re blue in the face.) Most dwarves look the same. Short, No dwarf has ever been taller than 4,9. Stout. And hairy. It’s nothing to see a dwarf with a beard half as tall as he is. The usually have dark colored hair and brown eyes. Their lives are centered around their family. Everything they do is done for their loved ones and friends. Even if it’s just slicing the head off some beast so no one else has to or drinking every last ale in sight so they’re the ones getting drunk and making a fool out of themselves and not their friends
Unlike most races the dwarves are not divided by race but by clan. Each clan has their own beliefs, laws, and way of life.





The Finnarel are a very odd species of humans. Originating in the south just past the border of the Elven empire, the Finnarel are suspected to be somewhat related to elves, mainly because of their odd hair and eye color, but other than that they look very human. It is unknown how the Finnarel came to be, or what they are truly mixed with, but everyone knows one thing.. never try to outrun a Finnarel. They are incredibly fast, light, and can run for long distances. The Finnarell are usually employed as couriers or messengers by the other empires, especially when there is something important to deliver.
As the Finnarel gets older they reach a certain age and height and stop growing all together, most of them have child-like appearances, but the true age of a Finnarel can be seen in their eyes, the older they get, the more intense their gaze. The Finnarell can be recognized mostly by their signature height of 5'2 to 5'6. Other features to recognize them by are that their legs are slightly longer than normal, with higher arches in their feet, giving them that ability of great speed. Their hair is most unusual and ranges from a bright white to a very light shade of blond and blue white, The Finnarel's hair can almost be any color as long as it is a very light shade close to white. Their eyes are almost always a close match to the color of their hair, but sometimes a Finnarells eyes can be a bright green and in some cases a light gold color or even a bright red.
The home of the finnarel is the harbor city of Crestshire, where the rest of the Finnarel who aren't working as couriers usually work as fishermen.





Tiefling. The rarest of all the races in Terondil and for good reason. An ancient prophecy foretells that the world will be bathed in flames should thirteen Tieflings walk the earth at one time. For this reason Most Tieflings are executed upon discovery. A Tiefling is born with a strange marking on it’s body. As time passes other unnatural features appear. Most often either a set of horns or a tail. They also begin to have a proficiency with fire based magics. Tiefling’s may be of any race though in appearance they tend to favor dark colored eyes and hair. It is unheard of for a Tiefling to have a normal or even happy childhood should they live past it.




Half-Elves are more common than most people might think. Most half-elves are of Dark elf or wood elf heritage. However there have been cases of half elves from the other types as well. They look about the same as a human only with some elves traits. They age much slower than humans but not as slow as full blooded elves. Depending on how they are raised depends on their view of life. But unless they are raised among others like them they will always feel like they don’t belong. If raised in an elven society they will have to live life knowing that their childhood friends will still be children by the time he matures. If raised in a human society they will either be persecuted or completely ignored. They will also have to live with watching their friends and loved grow old and die while they remain the same.



Mages. In this time and age the use of magic is a taboo of the highest caliber in the human kingdom. Those that are born with the ability to use magic are often hunted down with extreme prejudice more-so than many other races save the Demon-blooded Teifling. Because of this human mages tend to shy away from other people and hide their nature, Elven magic users on the other hand are often given the highest praises. Their abilities and knowledge are the subject of great envy amongst those unable to even produce the simplest of spells. Unfortunately for mages, they are easily identifiable by the markings which cover their skin. While they may look like ordinary tattoos they are in fact conduits which the mages use to channel their energy through in order to produce their spells.
