FB: Fallen Blade Sign-Up

After countless centuries of living among the shadows, the paranormal have been revealed to the public at large as being all too real. In most cases they actually control the world at large. Many flock and cower to these monsters but some have chosen to fight, enter the normal, semi-normal and un-normal, people either trained or completely ignorant in how to fight them as they struggle to survive against this new menace. As the paranormal hunts and wages war against those who fight, small cells of resistance are popping up everywhere and grow daily to the chagrin of the current ruling class.


For the upstart resistance group known only as Fallen Blade things are looking up, except perhaps their current death toll when it comes to new members. Despite this they are quickly gaining ground and starting to turn into a halfway decent underground gorilla operation hellbent on liberating their coastal city of Bastian from it's vampiric overlords and taking it to the offensive in their war against the Aba'Bacen Family.

Character Bio:
Ray is a remarkably cool-headed person who is relaxed in most circumstances. He can be quite relaxed and friendly when not fighting vampires, but when he is, his calmness turns to a state more accurately described as stoic, though he is known to taunt them during combat. He originally worked as a bodyguard before joining Fallen Blade, eventually getting recruited in Fallen Blade after his client was murdered by a vampire. Deep down he feels anger that he was not able to protect his client which is why he is so keen to take down the Vampires.

Character Bio:
The best way to describe Sammy is probably as a typical teenage rebel. Before joining Fallen Blade, he was a University student, taking a degree in Physical Education. His reason for fighting against the Aba'Bacen Family is for something to do, and a way to vent his teenage aggression. Though, despite his eagerness to beat all the vampires to a pulp, he as very little combat capabilities; him being only trained in kick boxing.

Character Bio:
Sean joined the Fallen Blade for reasons known only to himself, maybe simply because of enthusiasm to kill vampires. He is friendly to most people apart from vampires but can be rash and headstrong. He has received training in firearms and is a pretty good shot with a handgun

Character Bio:
Aston actually has something of a surprising background. He comes from a loving home, with a vampire father who fell in love with and married his human mother and several siblings of which he is the eldest. Despite this loving background his life has often been fraught with danger as his father had been on the run for several centuries until he met his mother and due to this danger Aston and his siblings were taught how to fight and kill vampires and other things. As a dhampir Aston has the ability to walk in the sunlight and a vampire's speed and agility but not much else. While the Fallen Blade doesn't have a rank system per say, Aston can be considered one of it's chief leaders due his being among it's creators several years prior to the revelation.

Character Bio:
Like his older brother Aston, Neros was trained to fight and kill vampires, Neros is also a dhampir with inherited traits from his father. His traits are unique to himself however, as Neros has a far more advanced healing factor than Aston does as well as inherited strength but no speed and agility. Having always looked up to his elder brother Neros followed Aston around when he was little and is loyal to a fault despite the fact the brothers war frequently over the course Fallen Blade is taking, Neros firmly believes a far more aggressive campaign should be fought against the enemy while Aston is more level headed and preaches required constraint is the way to go.

Name: Remein (Pronounced like remain) Houndling

Weapons: Remein makes use of hair-thin wires made of a very strong metal coated with silver.
Character Bio:
Remein has never been one to share his history to an outside party, or at least not to a great extent. What has been told about him however, is that he has a deep hatred for the vampiric race. Remein has had a history with the race for as long as he could wield his weapon of choice, because of that he has been dubbed a vampire hunter of sorts.
Seeing the promise of being able to cut a thick wedge through vampiric territory, Remein joined up with the Fallen Blade, with no better reason than to kill some vamps and improve on his abilities.

Classification: Normal
Weapons: Celia uses (or attempts to) the same weapon as her brother, hair-thin wires made of a very strong metal coated with silver.
Character Bio:
Celia still being very young left off with her brother on his hunts, following him wherever he went. It wasn’t like she had a choice in the matter in the first place as both her and Remein’s parents were slaughtered quite some time ago. Since then Celia has become a shadow of her brother, attempting to learn as he does, however without any inkling of telekinetic ability Celia finds it hard to learn the family trade. Dispite this however, she tries as hard as she can to be of use.
As soon as her brother joined up with the Fallen Blade Celia had been forced to stay in the safer areas so that she would not get herself hurt on the battlefield… as well as not get in anyone’s way.

Weapons: Has taken a liking to handguns. The bigger the kick the better.

Character Bio: Caine's life story is a long one. Too long for him to be bothered telling anyone. What he will tell others is that he has walked the earth longer than some countries have existed. And his reason for joining Fallen Blade is not out of regret for past sins or pity for the humans current state of oppression. He does not seek to over throw the Aba'Bacen family, nor does he seek revenge for some wrong doing. His reasons for fighting against the vampires is quite simply that he "doesn't like the new guys".

Character Bio:
Skylar is not a fighter, he can't shoot something to save his life and doesn't have a lick of talent as a resistance fighter but what he can do is equally important. Skylar is a genius when it comes to engineering new or fixing up old or broken down weapons or vehicles and is Fallen Blade's resident technical gearhead.

Character Bio: Max was originally a cop before joining Fallen Blade. His past isn't all that special. He grew up in a normal home... normal for werewolves anyways. His reason for joining? in his own words. "Well I've always wanted another reason to kill me some vampires. so I figured hey! Here was my chance."
