| Well, I'm continuing to plug away at Talos Valor and am in process of getting the main map completed. So, in order to show you guys what I've been working on, I have been currently working on two different versions of the planet Talos' main continent of Bahr. The first is the main version, it'll be the one we use as our base point of reference for landmarks and such.  And finally, the second variation is to show you what it looks like without all the purple. Admittedly, it is the better looking of the two, however, when I first envisioned Bahr and Talos in particular... I saw it with a sky of purplish hue. So, the purple's there to stay.  | |

| It's not as hard as you might think. If you have a graphics program, meaning either Photoshop or GIMP, then it simply comes down to this one single all encompassing magic word.... Layers.
The base map came from a program called AutoRealm, from there I moved it into GIMP and started working on it from there. If you can be online at or around the same time as me this weekend, we can talk via Skype and I can tell you more about what's involved in the process. | |
